WATER INTAKE

Water intake is extremely important for hydration, digestion, blood circulation and maintenance of body temperature. For me I like to drink half of my body weight in oz and more. So you take your body weight and divide it by two and that is about what you should intake everyday. Especially if you like to drink coffee it is important to also drink a lot of water.

STRETCHING!

STRETCH STRETCH STRECH!! 
Stretching helps your muscles to become less sore after workouts and helps them to warm up before hand. Stretching should come before and after workouts to enhance flexibility and reduce muscle tension.

TIPS TO STAY MOTIVATED

Being motivated to workout or to do something everyday is a hard task for people to achieve. One thing that helps me and has helped people I know is to make a routine or have a plan. Working out is not easy but having a clear cut plan or routine will help you stay motivated without any excuses.
